This report calculates the Quarterly commissions of the 3 Lead Finders in Italy. It is sent 3 times mid-quarter (i.e., end of Month 1, end of Month 2, mid of Month 3) to the TAM who is responsible to check the accuracy of the data. A final quarterly report is also sent at the beginning of each quarter.

This report monitors whether Rental Contracts are created in SAP and released when the Rental Instrument is installed. Only then will regular invoices be sent for the periodic rental fee to the customer.
Each first Monday of the month 2 Cognos reports are automatically sent to the SalesOps_Europe mailbox to initiate a new update of the report.

This report identifies the UC Discrepancies between Orders & Quotes. The TAMs need to review these discrepancies and advise if any change is required on order level so as revenue recognition & commissions are counted against the correct territory.

This report includes automated Sales Ops tiering updates due to Novaseq/ NIPT opps. The report is run at the end of each month and in case of changes a FYI email is sent to the Inside Sales Managers.

This report identifies open opportunities with Inactive Owners. The Sales Ops Analyst contacts the Managers with a recommendation for the new owner and updates the opportunities accordingly.

This report includes newly created accounts and territory information. The Sales Ops Analyst contacts the DSMs providing an excel file, so they can review and request territory updates if required. Territory Change Requests occurring from this exercise are processed mid-quarter.

This report underpins the overall working pattern of the Sales Ops team. It helps us to understand the type of the requests, the frequency, the TAT, etc. as well as to identify best practices and corrective actions.

This report compares the NC Opportunities based on the Global and the European criteria. Sales Ops needs to take actions for opportunities that are included in the Global report but not in the European report. The purpose is to keep the Global dashboard as clean as possible.

This report includes all the accounts with consumables spend in the latest fiscal year. It is used by Inside Sales to review the tiering for the coming year. A draft version is run at the beginning of December and the final version is run at the beginning of January.

This report is used to perform Quality Checks related to the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)that are handed over from Marketing to Inside Sales and can be converted to Opportunities. Monthly update is recommended, but the report can be used for Ad Hoc Clean-Up as well.
