Is our Digital Commercial Platform. It enables our sales people to manage their Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Install base, Opportunities and Pipeline. But also manages our services like work orders, service plans, customer enquiries and complaints.
Is a business intelligence and performance management software suite. It contains all Illumina's financial information like Orders, Shipments, Backlog, Throughput, Install base. Information comes from SAP, TM1 and Salesforce. There is no information input in Cognos, only reporting.
Contains our Forecasting and Reporting Models. It's used by sales to input their forecast and compare actuals against forecast.
Is a dashboard tool. Dashboards are created by the Data & Analytics team and can contain information from several different data sources. There is no information input in Tableau, only reporting.
