FPM gather feedback from Regional Sales Ops and Regional FP&A teams as part of the yearly roadmap planning cycle to gather key initiative requests.

Troubleshooting is out-of-scope. This process does not address:

  1. Data entry to LIVE sales forecast input books
  2. Cells locking
  3. Technical support or bug fixes that require immediate attention for existing commercial processes

How to Submit Requests
This process is aimed at collecting enhancement requirements from different regions to better prioritize requests and support our stakeholders by providing visibility and cross region learnings
* ALWAYS open the file and add the request. DO NOT download and make entries as that will create a new local version and NO SYNC will happen on the cloud
